General FAQ's

  • Our Hampton marquees travel to Auckland, Northland, Waikato and the Bay of Plenty. If it’s further afield, we’re not afraid to travel so always ask the question and we will do our best to make it work.

  • The Hampton marquee is the perfect canopy for any event or celebration. It’s been to weddings, corporate events, festivals, elopements and more. If you are looking for a structure that can fit up to 350 guests, the Hampton is a great option to consider.

  • You can email us HERE through the contact form. Please provide as much detail as possible for us to quote you correctly. It helps to include your date, guest numbers, what you require inside the marquee (i.e a bar/dancefloor, guests seated or cocktail style) and your location. To secure the items and your date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remainder of the invoice isn’t due until 30 days out from the event.

  • After your order is locked in, we allow you to change your items or reduce quantities up to 10% of your total booking. It’s easy enough for us to add on items if your numbers have increased but it is subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
  • You will need at least the space of the size quoted (i.e 10 x 15m) plus an additional 1-1.5m beyond for pegging into the ground.

  • We add a $250 bond to your final invoice. If items are returned in their original condition and don’t require any drycleaning or maintenance, then the bond is returned to your nominated bank account.

  • Our standard hire period is three days. If require items or a marquee for an additional day, this can be discussed at an extra charge.
