We will sometimes allow small orders like dinnerware, glassware and small furniture pieces to be collected from our warehouse. As we like to have quality control over the furniture and make sure it’s looking its best at your event, the majority of our larger furniture items require delivery from our experienced team.

The general hire period is three days but if you do require longer, let’s chat.

We have a minimum spend of $500 + GST and delivery in place for each order. Try to fill the truck as much as you can to make your delivery worthwhile!

We sure do. A $250 bond will be added on to your final invoice and refunded to your nominated bank account upon satisfactory return of the items. If your items are broken, or need considerable cleaning, a fee will be deducted from your bond.

The magic question! We would recommend securing your must-have key furniture items between 10 and 12 months out from your event to avoid missing out. You always have the option to add on smaller items closer to the date but it’s all based on availability at the time of enquiry. So in a nutshell, get in early to avoid disappointment!

Willow Lane Events deliver to Northland, Auckland, Waikato and Bay of Plenty.

Delivery fees are quoted based on your event location. The fee includes the time taken to pack your order, travel to your event, unload onsite, travel back to the warehouse and return to collect. We do everything we can to keep delivery fees affordable and rest assured, we certainly don’t use them to make a profit.

Your quote is valid for 14 days. If we don’t hear back from you during that time, the stock is released back into the booking system.

We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking and the rest isn’t due until 30 days out from your event.
